Admission Policies

Discipline & Behaviour Code

  • Students must maintain civilized behavior at all times.
  • Respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
  • Any act of misconduct may result in suspension or expulsion.
  • Jewellery and valuables are strictly prohibited inside the campus.
  • Students must maintain cleanliness in dress and personal hygiene.

Attendance & Punctuality

  • Regular attendance is compulsory.
  • Absence for more than three consecutive days without prior permission may lead to cancellation of admission.
  • Leave must be applied for in writing by the parent or guardian.
  • Being late to school is discouraged and treated seriously.

Fee Payment Rules

  • First Term Fee must be paid on or before 5th June.
  • Second Term Fee must be paid on or before 5th October.
  • Third Term Fee must be paid on or before 5th February.
  • Failure to pay fees within the specified date may lead to cancellation of admission.

Parent–Teacher Communication

  • Teachers should not be approached directly without prior permission from the Principal.
  • Complaints or enquiries by post or official communication channels are welcome.
  • Parents are requested to check the Scholar’s Diary regularly and monitor academic progress.

Educational Tours & Academic Regulations

  • Participation in educational tours is compulsory.
  • All academic regulations must be strictly followed by students and parents.
  • Parents must submit valid Birth Certificate issued by competent authorities.
