Dr. A. V. Natanasigamani is a distinguished educationist and visionary leader whose dream gave birth to Little Scholars in 1992. Beginning with just 43 students and 7 teachers, his unwavering dedication transformed the institution into a full-fledged Higher Secondary School serving more than 2000 students.
Under his leadership, the school celebrated its Silver Jubilee and inaugurated its new building in 2017 in the presence of eminent dignitaries. His mission has always been to uplift rural and downtrodden communities by providing quality and affordable education.
He introduced modern academic practices including NEET, JEE, Olympiad, and NTSE coaching programs, ensuring that students are prepared for national-level competitive examinations. With smart classrooms, computer labs, and organized transport facilities, he ensured that infrastructure evolved alongside academic growth.
His philosophy emphasizes discipline, scientific temper, secular values, and universal love. Through employment of more than 75 qualified teachers and dedicated non-teaching staff, he has created a strong academic ecosystem.
